Clinical Applications Administrator

Position Summary

SIGNING BONUS $1500

The Clinical Applications Administrator will administer the Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, Virtual Telehealth Platform, Client Portal, and other clinical applications. They will be responsible for updating the systems for maximizing the efficiency and business needs within the system. They will work collaboratively with the stakeholders within the agency to develop improvements in the workflow. They will participate in problem solving and resolving issues within the software, and coordinate with internal and external support as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage assigned staff, including training, mentoring, and supervising.
  • Utilize data to identify inefficiencies within and between programs.
  • Streamline current processes and reduce redundancies in forms, data collection, and reporting.
  • Recommend, plan, and implement EHR software enhancements as applicable to agency strategic goals and objectives.
  • Perform systematic and regularly scheduled system reviews with emphasis on security, access, and data integrity.
  • Maintain disaster plan/long-term plan for EHR.

EDUCATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services field, medical, quality assurance, or technology

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

  • Thorough working knowledge of Qualifacts Credible software
  • Healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes
  • Experience with managing employees
  • Experience delivering behavioral health services.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Pass required background checks.
