ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

King County MIDD through Valley Cities offers a course at no cost to teach residents of King County (ages 18 and over) to assess and support people with mental health challenges and refer them to qualified professionals.

ABOUT WELLNESS RECOVERY ACTION PLAN (WRAP) SEMINARS

Valley Cities offers Wellness Recovery Action Plan Seminars I and II to the public. WRAP Seminar I teaches participants to build their own wellness recovery action plan, WRAP Seminar II equips participants to lead WRAP groups and help other build their own WRAP.
