Client Portal
Take charge of your wellness by signing up for the Client Portal through Valley Cities. When you sign up, you will have 24/7 access to your treatment plan, medications list, appointment history, lab results, and more. An additional benefit is scheduling/cancelling appointments and requesting medication refills through the Client Portal messaging feature.
